The Molasses Marinated Pork Dinner

It is called Whole Hawg Days for a reason. For festival weekend, the kitchen is serving a molasses marinated pork dinner special, made to sit next to a glass from the list. Ask your server about the pairing.

Festival Weekend

Steps from the parade route, a world away from the crowd.

Whole Hawg Days fills Main Street with the parade, the car show, the cook-off and the arts and crafts festival. When you are ready to sit down, cool off and raise a glass, the Rose is right there in the middle of it all.

Come in for a flight between events, a proper lunch before the parade, or a slow dinner while the street winds down. We will keep your seat warm and your glass full.

Inside the Rose

Worth the little hunt.

Wild Rose Winery & Bistro is downtown Eufaula's sit-down spot for wine, food and unhurried conversation.

The WinesFlights, glasses & bottles

A thoughtfully curated collection, poured by people who love talking about it. Start with a flight if you cannot decide. That is what flights are for.

The BistroChef-driven plates

Real food from a real kitchen, served from lunch through dinner. Beautiful plates that hold their own next to the wine list.

The ExtrasSomething for everyone

Ask about the wine-based espresso martini that guests keep talking about, and a thoughtful selection of zero-proof options for anyone skipping the alcohol.

Our Story

Where community meets connection.

Founded and owned by Christina Madore, Wild Rose was built on a simple belief: wine is meant to gladden hearts and bring people together. Every visit is an invitation to gather, connect and give thanks.

The name comes from the Rose of Sharon, a symbol of beauty, love and hope. Like a wild rose blooming in untamed country, this little spot on Main Street was made to welcome everyone who finds it.

"Wine that gladdens human hearts." — inspired by Psalm 104:15
